Our classes focus on movement, mindfulness, creativity, confidence, and emotional well-being, helping children build healthy habits that extend far beyond the mat. Through yoga-inspired games, breathing exercises, storytelling, and mindful movement, children develop strength, balance, self-awareness, and resilience in a fun and supportive environment.

Meet Stephanie
Founder of Yoga Bee Studio, Stephanie combines her background as a yoga instructor, educator, coach, artist, and lifelong athlete to create experiences that support the whole hive.
With a Master's degree in Sports Science, a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art, and more than 25 years of experience leading athletics and physical education, Stephanie’s programs are inclusive, engaging, accessible, and fun for children and adults alike.
Her approach emphasizes connection over perfection, helping students of all ages develop confidence, body awareness, and a lifelong appreciation for movement.
